These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Story a Night service (the "Service") provided by UniNotes LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription and Payment

   1. . You may subscribe to the Service by providing your name, email address, and payment information through our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as indicated on the website. 

   2. . The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle. 

   3. All payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

   4.  Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused portions of the Service.

2. Use of the Service

   1. The Service provides bedtime stories delivered to your inbox for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce the stories without our written consent.

   2.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

   3. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights while using the Service.

   4.  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

3. Intellectual Property

   1. The Service, including all content and materials provided by us, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our written consent.

   2.  You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

   1.  The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service, and we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

   2.  In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnity

   1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your content, or any violation of these Terms.

   1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.

We will notify users of any material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

   1. You may cancel your subscription to the Service at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

9. Miscellaneous

   1. ​​​ These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, between you and us.

   2.  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. 

   3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. 

   4. These Terms are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you, except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate any of our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.

   5.  The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
